The price of the construction work from the point of view of the investor and the supplier

The thesis deals with the comparison of the real costs associated with civil construction from the perspective of the contractor and the investor on a specific construction site and also analyses the cost method that the contractor operates in practice. For the purpose of comparison and subsequent analysis, an itemized budget for the construction under consideration is created. In the introduction of the theoretical part, pricing methods and basic concepts in the construction industry are described. The remainder of the paper is devoted to a description of budgeting, the composition of the itemized budget and the calculation of budget costs. At the beginning of the practical part, the apartment building is presented from a structural and technical point of view. Then, attention is paid to the contractor's cost method of pricing and the allocation of real costs incurred for the construction work. This is followed by an evaluation of the interrelationships of the solved variables, where the real costs are compared with the costs of the itemized budget. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of the cost method of pricing from the perspective of the contractor and the investor, as well as from the perspective of the bid price on the construction market are discussed.

The key matter of the Bachelor thesis is the focus on the company’s cost price, followed by its instant application to the chosen company; whose business’s subject is the composite windows and doors production. Moreover, the price detection and fixing together with the comparison of its price offers with the competitive ones and its subsequent analysis are the major goals of the thesis. In the practical part, I dealt with the issues of the price and its determination, the characteristics of the load and the intra-company’s evidence necessary for the characteristics of the calculation formula.

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on exercises and their solutions from financial mathematics. The collection is for the lower secondary school. The starting points for this thesis are the National Financial Education Strategy, Framework Education Programme for primary schools, School Education Programme of selected schools, Maths textbook for the lower secondary school. The first part contains a definition of the concept of financial literacy, as well as an assessment of the current situation of financial literacy. The second part presents exercises that are divided by curriculum. The exercises are aimed at using mathematical operations to work with finances in everyday life. There is a concisely defined theory on each topic.

Sources of value and price perception of the big bank clients

The masters' thesis introduces theoretical basis to value-based pricing and the process of price creation. It demonstrates the implementation of theory upon real business case identifying the sources of value and price perception of a big Czech bank. Moreover, the thesis describes, how customer perceives the value and price, what factors influence his perceptions, how to effectively measure these perceptions and how to create value-based pricing through segmentation and communication. Application chapter describes the identification process of sources of value and price perceptions by providing desk research, qualitative and quantitative market research - concretely in-depth interviews and derived importance of attributes method, which quantifies the strength of product and price drivers on customer's perception. The thesis makes a list of the most important "value for money" drivers of unnamed Czech bank, which struggles with clients' churn to direct banks. The thesis proposes solutions to stop this churn and to improve bank image on the market among both clients and non-clients.
Communication and price strategy of a chosen company on its entrance to the Polish market enviroment with food supplements

This thesis concentrates especially on 2 instruments of marketing such as communication and price strategy of an elected company. At the beginning there is presented the company, the area of the business and it also looks briefly at Poland using macroeconomic indicators. The main part of the work starts with a description of communication instruments and the way of making media plan. After comes an analysis and evaluation of the efectivity of the corporation strategy by phone calls and the number of sold products. The part devoted to the price strategy consists of theoretical characteristics of price creation possibilities followed by a practical inquiry of competitors that helps to define a reasonable price. The thesis is ended with a SWOT analysis of company's potential.

Vliv ocenění zásob vytvořených vlastní činností na hospodářský výsledek a tvorbu ceny ve výrobním podniku

Nedílnou součást účetních informací tvoří kalkulace nákladů a ceny. Tato studie popisuje různé způsoby a metody kalkulace, která souží nejen jako podklad pro ocenění zásob vlastní výroby, ale také pro další rozhodovací úlohy v podniku. Ukazuje, jak odlišně působí jednotlivé metody na výši hospodářského výsledku a jaký vliv má způsob kalkulace na tvorbu ceny. O tom, že rozhodnutí ? jak zásoby ocenit ? není pouze věcí potřeb konkrétního podniku, ale že na daný způsob má vliv například legislativa dané země nebo potřeby investorů a jiných externích uživatelů, pojednává druhá část této práce. Konkrétně jsou představeny legislativní požadavky stanovené pro oceňování zásob v České republice a jsou porovnány s požadavky manažerského přístupu. Jako příklad fungování kalkulace a následného oceňování zásob vlastní výroby ve skutečnosti je uvedena mezinárodní společnosti Siemens, konkrétně její dceřiná společnost Siemens VDO v České republice.
